Corn Meal Catfish Fillet Recipe

 

Ingredients

 

• 1 lb. catfish fillets
• 1/3 cup yellow corn meal
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. paprika
• 1/4 cup salad oil

 

Combine corn meal, flour, salt and paprika. Dip catfish in corn meal mixture to coat. In skillet, heat oil. Fry catfish fillets till brown on one side. Turn and fry the other side.
