
Mustard Fried Catfish Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds catfish fillets
Hot mustard
Tabasco sauce
minced garlic
salt
black pepper
yellow cornmeal
peanut oil
Combine seasonings in plastic storage bag, shaking to form mixture. Add the catfish fillets and marinate for up to 4 hours. Drain the catfish fillets, then dredge the catfish in cornmeal and deep fry in fish fryer or pan fry in cast iron skillet until golden brown.
