
Grilled Snapper with Spicy Salsa
Ingredients
2 lbs. Snapper
Cajun Seasoning
Spicy Salsa
Red, Green & Yellow Peppers (Diced)
Real Hot Peppers (Diced)
2 cups Tomatoes (Diced & Seeded)
Lime Juice
Onion (Diced)
Butter
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Hot Sauce (Few Dashes)
Saute´ above ingredients in butter until peppers are tender. Keep warm while you are grilling the snapper. Coat your snapper with melted butter and a good Cajun Seasoning. Cook snapper on a hot grill turning once. When done place snapper on a bed of white rice and pour some of the warm salsa over your fish.
